I liked the location which was fantastic and the the owner makes you feel at home. My room was big very comfortable and very nicely decorated and trendy. Bathroom as well, nice size not too small. Good connection on wifi. Basic breakfast, but great food, brioches were absolutely exquisite!!! I recommand to get the name of the baker and to look for it in Rome to buy some... Miam miam :-)) staff very kind. Consider this hotel as a bed and breakfast only,
On my arrival at night I was very surprised, becaus I could not see the entrance of the hotel since the hotel is occupying one floor, and you have to reach by stairs. It is could be disturbing for people who are disable. The owner gives you too many keys:main street door, main door to access reception, key to open a metallic door and your room key. My flight was late and I could not have access to any "changing rooms" and there was no way to negociate. Despite this I spend a very nice time. I did not see other rooms I cannot tell you how big they were, but I understood there were much smaller.

The breakfast had a wide range of selection, the food was fabulous. Our rooms were great-sized and nicely styled with a terrace and a spa bath. - the location was perfect, at a short distance from an iconic temple. - Truly enjoyed our stay there and would definitely book again.

Very central place and very helpful Manager. Also modern and comfortable room.
Not brilliant breakfast and water tank in bedroom too small - only enough for one short shower before reheating.

Our stay at Town House Spagna was a truly great one Paolo was always ready to help with any thing we asked about He met us and helped with our bags and then told us how to visit the sites the breakfast was good with plenty of every thing we felt that it was like being at home with the freedom to come and go as we pleased. Although this was a church business meeting we were therefor we would like to return there as visitors to enjoy the sites Thank you Paolo for making it so good.

Perfect little and brilliant place, I enjoyed helpful personnel.
The room was well-appointed and reasonably large with lovely view. A good choice of food for breakfast, which was great to satisfy everyone. Its location a 10-15 minute walk from an aqueduct-fed rococo fountain was magnificent and incredible.

The hotel management was amazing, very caring and thoughtful. They were happy to help whenever possible. The hotel was impeccable in terms of style, it was extremely modern and had a very cool art vibe. Finally, the location was incredible.
Only one hot shower during a three day stay. My boyfriend had two hot showers, but I think hot water 100% of the time isn't too much to ask for.
